In 2018, SPR, a company advancing non-opioid, non-surgical, minimally invasive pain management solutions, was projecting a period of substantial growth. The existing quality management system was partially paper-based, not scalable, and inefficient. We needed QMS software that would allow us to streamline our quality processes and support collaboration with employees located throughout the US. Salesforce had already been selected as our CRM and ComplianceQuest was the natural choice to enable the quality system to meet anticipated needs.
SPR has since integrated ComplianceQuest into nearly every aspect of the quality system. Rootstock ERP has also been incorporated to help manage inventory. Overall, having eQMS, CRM, and ERP Systems that interact with one another has increased efficiency and improved collaboration.
